It’s time for you to face new challenges Within the Decathlon India's Finance department, you will integrate the IFO team playing a cross function for the different Finance Business team. As enablers, we ease the business decision providing reliable data through optimized process and ensuring project management to implement new finance solutions and technology. As guardians we ensure the fiscal, legal and internal compliance of our financials for all activities. Additionally we ensure the efficiency of our process and solutions through the good balance of cost/quality monitoring. As a Financial Process Specialist leading the Payables process and doing the Accounting of central services activity, your responsibilities are the following : AP Finance Process Specialist - You coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure a End to End Indirect purchases process - You animate Finance Business Units on their respective AP accounting data quality. - You guarantee timely and reliable internal invoices reconciliation with other internal companies during Group monthly closing. - You set up reports to animate the efficiency of the AP Process, and aim to mitigate the risks. - You actively participate in an Order management system set up, strengthening the reliability of the P2P process. - You take initiatives to innovate and challenge the current processes to bring in efficiency. Services Accounting Responsible : - You record and reconcile the payroll on a monthly basis closely with the Payroll team. - You record the global Services accounting, ensuring it reflects precisely the reality and are compliant with company standards, local tax and accounting regulations. - You ensure a regular accounting review on your perimeter for audit purposes. - You take initiatives to innovate and challenge the current processes to bring in efficiency. Profile You have 3-4 years of successful working experience as a Finance Analyst/ Associate / Financial Planning and Analysis / Senior Accountant or in the Corporate FP& team and a minimum qualification of CA/ MBA (Finance) / PGDM (Finance). Eager to learn, you have a continuous improvement mindset and take initiative to change the existing situation. You must have advanced knowledge in Excel, Google sheet and must be curious to learn new tools, technology. You should have good presentation and communication skills. You should have a strong interest in analysis and project management. You should have a team spirit and a strong sense of customer service. Your energy and curiosity will help you understand and evolve our processes. Must be a Sports Enthusiast.
