Job Title: Sail Point Architect Location: Bangalore / Pune/ Hyderabad/ Chennai Experience Required: 10+ years overall IT experience with minimum 5+ years in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and 3+ years in Sail Point solution architecture/design Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days About the Role We are looking for a highly experienced Sail Point Architect to design, implement, and optimize Identity & Access Management solutions using Sail Point Identity IQ (IIQ) and/or Identity Now. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in IAM frameworks, strong solution design skills, and proven success in leading large-scale IAM transformation projects. Key Responsibilities Solution Architecture & Design Lead the end-to-end design of Sail Point-based IAM solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance. Translate business requirements into secure, high-performing technical architectures. Define integration patterns for Sail Point with enterprise systems, cloud platforms, and applications. Implementation & Delivery Oversee configuration, customization, and deployment of Sail Point Identity IQ or Identity Now. Define workflows, connectors, policies, and role models for identity lifecycle management. Guide the development team in coding, testing, and deploying IAM components. Governance & Compliance Ensure IAM architecture adheres to organizational security policies, industry standards, and compliance regulations (SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, etc.). Implement governance processes for access review, certification, and policy enforcement. Leadership & Collaboration Serve as a technical SME for Sail Point within the organization. Partner with cross-functional teams including Security, Application, Cloud, and Infrastructure teams. Mentor junior IAM engineers and consultants. Required Skills & Experience Expertise in Sail Point Identity IQ (IIQ) or Identity Now architecture and deployment. Strong understanding of IAM concepts such as provisioning, access reviews, certification, role management, and SOD (Segregation of Duties). Hands-on experience with Java , Bean Shell , REST/SOAP APIs , and directory services (LDAP, Active Directory). Knowledge of cloud IAM integration with AWS, Azure, and Saa S platforms. Experience with connectors for systems like SAP, Workday, Service Now, and Office 365. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills. Good to Have Sail Point Certified Identity IQ Engineer or Architect certification. Experience with other IAM tools (Okta, Ping Identity, Forge Rock). Knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Zero Trust security models . Educational Qualification Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
