Job Descriptions:

As Procurement and Data Management specialist you will be responsible for supporting Procurement and Data Management projects and initiatives and manage and improve relationship with the business stakeholders and support the technical team. Reporting to the Procurement and Data Management Business Partner, this position is part of the IT Applications team within IT.

Job Responsibilities:

- Support Procurement and Data Management projects and initiatives.- Collaborate with key stakeholders (internal and externals).- Perform business (process) analysis and translate business requirements into workable solutions and/or functional design for specific projects and changes, including development.- Write functional analysis for specific configurations, reports, business documents (e.g. invoice, …) and developments.- Support the Implementation and maintenance of global processes to coordinate and prioritize projects demand between the functions and IT- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and devise customized solutions.- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in procurement and Data Management.- Manage relationships with third-party vendors supporting Procurement and Data Management Platforms and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.- Lead & manage AMS partners to ensure all requests (Incidents/SRs/CRs) under Procurement and Data Management area are on track and delivered on time.

Profiles:

- 5 to 10 years of IT and business work experience with a broad range of exposure to various technical environments and business segments within Chemical or related industries- 5+ years of proven experience with SAP MM & WM and Ariba (nice to have)- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.- Project management skills. Relative certifications will be favorably considered. Understanding of data privacy and security regulations such as GDPR and CCPA

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.- Exceptional interpersonal skills – servant leadership, collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation.- Develop deep business knowledge- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and MS Power BI.- Energetic and have an excellent work ethic.- Desire and ability to quickly learn and apply new concepts.- Focus on customer experience, operational stability, and major incident reduction.- Ability to work with all levels of management in a large and matrixed corporate environment
