Role Overview:We’re seeking a dynamic Fashion Consultant with a customer-first mindset to join our team In this role, you’ll engage with walk-in clients at our store, connect with leads from our Instagram, Facebook, and Google ad campaigns, and assist clients in designing their perfect custom pieces. If you have a passion for fashion and outstanding communication skills, this is the opportunity for you

Key responsibilities:1. Greet and welcome clients as they enter the store, providing a personalised shopping experience2. Understand clients' needs and preferences, offering expert advice on fabric choices and tailoring options3. Assist clients in making selections, providing detailed information about products, and helping them visualize final outcomes4. Close sales by building rapport with clients and guiding them through the purchasing process, ensuring high customer satisfaction5. Handle client queries and complaints professionally, ensuring swift resolution to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty6. Manage and organize the fabric inventory, ensuring all materials are stored correctly and are easily accessible7. Regularly update inventory records and monitor stock levels to ensure availability of popular fabrics8. Maintain the overall appearance and ambiance of the store, ensuring it is clean, organized, and reflective of the House of Sheriff brand9. Manage the store's daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and transaction processing10. Work closely with the store's tailoring and design team to ensure seamless communication and order fulfillments11. Provide regular sales reports and feedback to store management, offering insights on client preferences and market trends12. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve the store's performance and client experience13. Possess a keen knowledge of design and trend forecasting

Qualifications:1. Prior experience in retail, fashion, or a related field2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills3. A keen eye for fashion and fabrics4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure5. Proficiency in inventory management software and basic financial reporting
