Analyst - DCC (Data Conversion Consultant)

The Purpose of This Role
In managing the asset transfer process the business analyst is responsible for directing the transactions on Fidelity Participant Recordkeeping System (FPRS) associated with the transfer in a manner that minimizes or eliminates financial exposure to Fidelity, the plan sponsor, and the plan participants
Reconciling the assets received with the corresponding participant balances. This includes researching issues with the prior trustee, prior record keeper and client so the issues are resolved timely
The business analyst is also responsible for converting the prior record keeper conversion data into Fidelity format and loading it to the FPRS system
The Value You Deliver
The Data Conversion Consultant (DCC) is a member of the Emerging Corporate Market (ECM) Implementation team responsible for assisting the coordination of the transition of defined contribution plans to ECM. As a part of this team, the business analyst will participate in the discovery process with the project manager, client, prior record keeper, and prior trustee to assist in the process of obtaining all data necessary to complete the implementation or corporate action project. The DCC’s book of business will consist of many complex projects (conversions, mergers, spinoffs) and several relationships.

Technical / Behavioral
Exposure to Defined Contribution (US retirement service industry) will be preferred
Good knowledge of MS Office applications
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of end users and technical resources
Strong attention to detail and independent judgement to handle various projects
Demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

How your Work Impacts the Organization
Defined Contribution (DC) Implementation is an important arm of DC – Operations, that is primarily responsible for on-boarding of clients to Fidelity platform and on-going maintenance of DC plans. The team offers variety of services to its clients through re/configuration of plans, quality assurance, contract amendment, asset movement and liquidation etc. It also supports client consultation to clients /advisors or designated plan administrators in helping them move data/liquidate assets by being a part of the global team model
The Expertise we’re looking for
Graduate or Post Graduate
Grade 3 – 3 – 5 years’ experience in voice/non-voice operations
Grade 4 -5 – 7 years’ experience in voice/non-voice operations
Grade 5 – Above 7-8 years’ experience in voice/non-voice operations
Location: Bangalore – EGL
Shift timings : 05:30 pm – 02:30am since we are a client facing role
