As a Finance Professional within our Central P&A team, you will be responsible for defining, refining, and achieving the set goals for our firm on a daily basis.
Job Responsibilities
Delivering value-added financial reporting and analysis, and assisting with strategic direction and decision making Creating executive-level presentations that summarize results at various levels of the organization, including each line of business and consolidated CCB-level Performing variance analysis to understand the key drivers of the results and explaining changes from prior forecasts/budgets Driving improvements & design processes across LOBs Helping design new reports and dashboards to efficiently deliver the financial results to senior management Managing and prioritizing the requests and deadlines within the P&A calendar Enhancing controls and streamlining processes, introducing automation where possibleRequired qualifications, capabilities and skills
Bachelors in Engineering or finance or economics and/or CA / CFA / MBA from top Tier institute is required 5+ years of post-qualification experience in any of Financial Planning and Analysis, Capital Stress testing, financial research, valuations, etc., Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel) and Essbase Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills with ability to analyze large data sets and present conclusions concisely Inquisitive, enthusiastic, diligent, and capable of challenging peers Highly motivated self-starter, keen attention to detail, and work well under pressure and tight deadlinesPreferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
• Business Intelligence and Programming knowledge preferred
