Job Overview :

Vaultedge is seeking a skilled Pre-Sales Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical solutioning, client interactions, and product demonstrations to drive successful sales engagements.

The ideal candidate must be based out of Mumbai.

Roles & Responsibilities :

  1. Client Engagement : Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  2. Technical Presentations : Deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential clients.
  3. Solution Design : Assist in crafting technical proposals and proof-of-concept solutions that align with client needs.
  4. Requirement Gathering : Collaborate with clients to collect and understand business and technical requirements.
  5. Product Customization : Provide guidance on product customization to fit client specifications.
  6. Technical Expertise : Act as the subject matter expert for Vaultedge's API and AI-driven solutions during sales pitches.
  7. RFP/RFI Responses : Draft responses to technical sections of RFPs and RFIs.
  8. Cross-Functional Coordination : Liaise with product and engineering teams to align product capabilities with client feedback.
  9. Training & Support : Provide training and support to clients during the trial and post-sales phases.
  10. Market Insights : Provide insights and feedback from customer interactions to inform product improvements and market strategies.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Prior experience in Enterprise software pre-sales role is a must.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Compensation range: 10-20 LPA (depending on experience)
