- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies:Plan and implement online campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media, to increase product visibility and drive sales.
- Manage the online store:Oversee the website's design, functionality, user experience, and performance to maximize conversion rates.
- Analyze performance and customer behavior:Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, and average order value to gain insights and identify areas for improvement.
- Drive sales and revenue:Implement strategies and promotional offers to increase online sales and expand the company's market reach.
- Collaborate with other departments:Work closely with marketing, IT, product development, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive online operations and customer support.
- Enhance the customer experience:Ensure an excellent online shopping journey for customers, including user-friendly navigation and effective product presentation.
- Manage product launches:Oversee the online rollout of new products, including creating landing pages and updating the website to feature new items effectively.
Required Skills
- Digital Marketing Expertise:Proficiency in SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media platforms.
- Data Analysis:Ability to analyze sales and website data to inform decisions and drive growth.
- Leadership and Communication:Strong skills to lead teams, motivate members, and effectively communicate strategies to stakeholders.
