Digital Customer Communication Specialist at Integrated PHI

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with potential clients and qualify them.
  • Collect customer feedback.
  • Contribute to digital marketing development.
  • Manage social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram) to build a client base and market services.
  • Create engaging content on social media platforms.
  • Communicate with potential clients via email and WhatsApp.
  • Analyze digital marketing campaigns and provide detailed reports.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service and 2 years in digital marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong social media skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
