The Associate will assist in evaluating, supporting, and managing innovative longevity-focused startups within our portfolio. Day-to-day activities include conducting research and market analysis, monitoring portfolio performance, assisting with strategic planning, and providing operational support to early-stage ventures. Additionally, the Associate will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive the success of longevity projects.QualificationsExperience in Research, Market Analysis, and Data InterpretationSkills in Strategic Planning, Problem-Solving, and Decision-MakingKnowledge of Venture Building, Startup Operations, and Investment ProcessesStrong Communication, Collaboration, and Relationship-Building AbilitiesA background in Longevity, Biotechnology, or Healthcare-related industries is a plusBachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Science, or a related fieldAbility to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines
