Position Overview:

As an Academic Advisor at our vibrant experience center, you will play a pivotal role in transforming the educational journey of students and parents. This is not just a job; it's a leadership role that shapes the future of education and contributes positively to our society.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Enhancing Visitor Experience:

  2. Immerse yourself in our cutting-edge experience center, where you will be at the forefront of providing an unparalleled educational journey for our visitors.

  3. Open to travel to college with team members for seminar/ workshop events.
  4. Conduct counselling sessions in college and promote brand visibility in college and areas of maximum student crowd.
  5. Outbound calls and generating sales-qualified leads
  6. Take responsibility for the entire sales qualification life cycle for your assigned leads. Cold calls, follow-ups, lead qualification, and management fall under this category.
  7. Maintaining a detailed database of all the interactions with the leads and providing constant feedback on the quality of the leads to the respective team.

  8. Meeting weekly and monthly targets.

  9. Personalized Guidance:

  10. Meet with students and parents to understand their aspirations, interests, and academic goals.

  11. Provide personalized guidance to help them choose the best academic courses tailored to their unique needs.

  12. Career Advancement:

  13. Empower individuals by offering insights into career enhancement opportunities and future prospects.

  14. Stay updated on industry trends and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure our programs align with the evolving needs of the workforce.

  15. Collaborative Leadership:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technology and Management related field.
  • Proven experience in academic advising, career counselling, or a related field.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passion for education and a commitment to making a positive impact on students' lives.
