Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled React JS Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing user interface components using React.js concepts and workflows such as Redux, Flux, and Webpack. Additionally, experience with Next.js and Tailwind CSS is essential. You will also be responsible for profiling and improving front-end performance and documenting our front-end codebase.

Responsibilities:Develop new user-facing features using React.jsBuild reusable components and front-end libraries for future useTranslate designs and wireframes into high-quality codeOptimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsersEnsure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designsCollaborate with other team members and stakeholdersStay updated with emerging technologies and industry trendsWrite application interface code using JavaScript following React.js workflowsTroubleshoot interface software and debug application codesDevelop and implement front-end architecture to support user interface conceptsMonitor and improve front-end performanceDocument application changes and develop updatesUtilize Next.js for server-side rendering and building static websitesImplement and style components using Tailwind CSS

Requirements:Proven experience as a React.js Developer or similar roleStrong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object modelThorough understanding of React.js and its core principlesExperience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)Familiarity with RESTful APIsKnowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web TokenFamiliarity with modern front-end build pipelines and toolsExperience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirementsA knack for benchmarking and optimizationFamiliarity with code versioning tools such as Git, SVN, and MercurialStrong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team membersKnowledge of Next.js and its capabilities, including server-side rendering and static site generationExperience with Tailwind CSS for designing and styling user interfaces
