Growth - Functional Lead About the RoleAs the Growth Functional Lead, you will spearhead our efforts to accelerate user acquisition, engagement, and retention across our fintech products.You will play a critical role in defining and optimizing growth funnels, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring alignment across departments to maximize business impact.Context:OneScore is a platform with almost 4mn MAU and 15% of this is DAU; with an installed base of almost 58mn+.This is the only app platform of its kind, which offers users free and unlimited access to their bureau scores from the two bureaus CIBIL and Experian. It attempts to offer customers features across the credit cycle “Access”-->”Analyse”-->”Leverage”-->”Protect”.The platform offers customers ways to deeply understand their creditworthiness and now, an opportunity to monetize it by launching “Personal Loans” on the platform.Key Responsibilities:Growth Strategy Development:Develop and implement holistic growth strategies for the OneScore portfolio covering various acquisition and engagement channels including:OneScore mobile appOneScore websiteGrowth Strategy as above would include drivingAcquisition, Engagement and retention for the APP and WebAnd the same for monetization use cases, currently, Personal LoansResponsibility for delivering month on month Personal Loan VolumesStakeholder Management:Manage and coordinate with key platform partners such as Google and Meta to optimize growth campaigns, platform integrations, and new feature launches. Build and maintain strong relationships with merchant partners to facilitate co-marketing and promotional activities.Experimentation & Innovation:Drive growth by designing and scaling experimentation frameworks, leveraging beta tools and new features introduced by partners like Google and Meta. Continuously identify and integrate emerging growth opportunities.Cross-functional Collaboration:Work with analytics, product, and finance teams to monitor KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and iterate marketing strategies accordingly.Leadership & Mentorship:Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture focused on continuous learning and results.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.A deep understanding of consumer acquisition, consumer journey and consumer interaction with digital apps6- 8 years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in the fintech, or financial services industry.Strong experience with digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and other growth tools.Proven track record of managing complex projects and stakeholder relationships effectively.Expertise in agile project and sprint management methodologies.Demonstrated success in devising and executing growth strategies that leverage app and web platforms.Deep understanding of customer acquisition funnels, referral programs, and add-on product marketing.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable growth plans.Strong communication skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams.Preferred SkillsExperience in Personal Loan monetization is preferable.Familiarity with fintech products, regulatory environments, and customer behavior.Hands-on experience with growth-related tools and platformsStrong knowledge of programming/scripting for data analysis (Python, R) is a plus.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
