Proven record as a successful leader with a strong track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams that consistently meet and exceed their targets. The incumbent should have a great sense of ownership and its impact on the company's success. Exhibit a history of successfully leading and managing organisational change, including shifts between departments, roles, and geographies. Following are expected to be driven by the Z CEO incumbent :
- Drive profitability/ contribution margin for the zone
- Create distribution strategy, provides direction to sales leadership to drive multiple line of businesses, create business plan, identifying locations of growth, hiring, training, performance management.
- Cross departmental management / coordination & strategizing
- Developing new partnership and alliances strategy to enter new markets
- Driving partner and insurer relationships within the zone
- Leads and manages large and diverse sales & sale support teams across geographies & varied sales channels.
- Plays a critical role in creating efficient distribution structure selling multiple products
-Provide visionary leadership to the Zonal operations, overseeing all aspects of sales, operations, and HR functions.
-Developing and implementing business plans and strategies to achieve growth targets and increase revenue.
- Directly manage , coordinate & foster strong relationships with channel leaders for the efforts of various channels, including Agencies, Dealerships, Premier Partners, etc.
-Identifying new market opportunities and developing new products and services to meet customer needs.
-Engaging and managing cross-functional teams to deliver business results.
-Conducting market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
-Developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business initiatives.
-Collaborating with other senior leaders, including the CBO, CEO and CTO, to align business objectives with overall company strategy.
-Developing and managing budgets and financial forecasts to meet the company's financial objectives.
