Role : Project Manger
Responsibilities
1. Coordinate with internal resources, management and customer for the flawless execution of projects
2. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, within budget and with quality
3. Ensure development project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
4. Ensure resource availability and allocation
5. Ensure development of a detailed project plan to track progress
6. Ensure development of project sign-off criteria and sign-off by client
7. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
8. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
9. Report and escalate to management as needed
10. Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions
11. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
12. Perform risk management to minimize project risks
13. Establish and maintain relationships with business partners, third parties/vendors
14. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
15. Ensure raising invoices on time and receipt of payments, including follow-ups as required
16. Mining of projects from existing customers
17. Participate in performance appraisal of resources; recommend appropriate training to resources
Requirements and skills
1. Know-how of industry 4.0 (IIOT), discrete manufacturing knowledge / process is a must
2. Proven working experience as a project
3. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
6. Proficiency in project management tools
7. Willing to travel to customer site
8. Being accountable to bottom line of the projects
9. Directly responsible for profit of each resource
10. Interface between management, customer and team
Optional
8. PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
9. Technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development
