We’re a creative-led startup building a safe, healing space through art — both online and offline.Role:We’re looking for a Video Editor who can bring stories to life through engaging visuals. Someone who understands social media trends, aesthetics, and can edit videos that feel warm, relatable, and on-brand.Key Responsibilities:- Edit and create engaging videos for Instagram, YouTube, and paid ads.- Work closely with the content and brand teams to turn raw clips into storytelling videos.- Add music, sound effects, transitions, and text animations creatively.- Ensure all videos align with the brand tone and visual identity.- Stay updated with current social media and editing trends.- Manage timelines and deliver edited videos within deadlines.Requirements:- Strong command over Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects knowledge is a plus).- Understanding of short-form content (Reels, YouTube Shorts).- Basic sense of color correction, pacing, and storytelling.- Creative eye for design and visual balance.- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in video editing (internship or full-time).- Based in or willing to work from Warje, Pune.What You’ll Get:- Creative freedom & a supportive work culture.- Opportunity to build a brand that combines art, healing, and storytelling.- Mentorship, real brand-building experience, and growth opportunities.
