party Integration.Preferable Workday HCM module knowledge in Core HR, Recruiting, absence/Time Tracking, Payroll.Must have workday certification in Workday integration and Workday Studio (preferable)Able to conduct Architect session with Customer and get Design Sign off.Fully utilize the Workday toolset to build robust integration solutions.Good experience with programming languages XML, XSLT, SOAP, and REST services.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Good experience in managing team size of 4-5 members.Ability to determine customer specific needs and put forth actions to meet those needs.Ability to initiate and implement innovative process improvements.
