Digital Marketing Executive – Google Ads & Social Media Marketing (2+ Years Experience)

We are looking for a passionate Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Google Ads & Social Media Marketing (SMM) to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Google Ads (SEM & Display):
  • Plan, execute, and optimize Search, Display, Remarketing, and Video campaigns.
  • Perform keyword research, ad copy creation, and bid management to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor Quality Score, CTR, CPC, and Conversion Rates and improve ad performance.
  • Manage daily campaign budgets, pacing, and reporting.
  • Social Media Marketing (SMM Ads):
  • Plan and run Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Ads.
  • Create and optimize ad creatives, targeting, lookalike & custom audiences.
  • Drive lead generation, engagement, and brand awareness campaigns.
  • Track performance using Meta Ads Manager & Analytics tools.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Use Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio to track KPIs.
  • Generate weekly/monthly campaign performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaboration & Strategy:
  • Work closely with the content and design team to create high-performing ad creatives.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and tools.
  • Suggest and implement new strategies for higher conversions and ROI.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in managing Google Ads & Social Media Ads.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Hands-on experience in keyword research, campaign optimization, and A/B testing.
  • Knowledge of SEO basics will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting & analysis.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
