Job Title: Head of IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity

- Strategic Planning & Infrastructure Management: Define and align IT strategy with business objectives to support organizational goals. Plan, design, and manage IT infrastructure across multiple sites to meet evolving business requirements. Oversee systems management, including enterprise network, server management, virtual platforms, and Citrix. Also, Develop comprehensive information security strategies in line with industry standards and best practices.- Budgeting and Cost Control: Plan and control budgets for IT, including capital expenses and consumables. Ensure cost control on projects and upgrades while optimizing resource utilization.- Operation Management: Managing the day-to-day operations related to IT Server and end user infrastructure.- Security Compliance: Implement and enforce information security compliance measures for IT infrastructure. Ensure adherence to relevant data protection laws, industry regulations, and standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, or ISO 27001.- Policy Development: Define IT policies aligned with organizational needs and industry best practices. Roll out policies across the organization and ensure compliance.- Project Management: Lead IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and documentation of project risks and dependencies. Recommend new technology platforms to enhance process efficiencies and cost-effective solutions.- Reporting and MIS: Prepare and review annual IT budgets, ensuring periodic review and alignment with organizational objectives. Generate management information system (MIS) reports to track IT performance and compliance metrics.- Cybersecurity Risk Management and incident Response: Identify, assess, and manage cybersecurity risks to protect sensitive information and systems from potential threats and vulnerabilities. Lead the response to cybersecurity incidents, coordinating efforts to contain and mitigate the impact of security breaches or threats.- Policy and Procedure Enforcement: Establish and enforce security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and best practices.- Security Architecture Design: Design and maintain a robust security architecture to protect the organization's IT infrastructure from unauthorized access and malicious activities.- Vendor and Partner Risk Management: Assess and manage security risks associated with third-party vendors and partners to safeguard the organization's information assets and systems.- Security Technology Evaluation: Evaluate and select appropriate security technologies to enhance the organization's defence capabilities against emerging threats and vulnerabilities.- Security Controls Implementation: Safeguard information system assets by defining access privileges, control structures, and resources to prevent unauthorized access or data breaches.- Security Monitoring and Auditing: Recognize security problems by identifying abnormalities, conducting periodic audits, and implementing security improvements to address identified vulnerabilities.- System Upgrades and Maintenance: Upgrade system security controls and maintain security infrastructure to adapt to evolving security threats and industry standards.- Reporting and Communication: Keep stakeholders informed by preparing performance reports, communicating system status, and providing updates on security-related matters.- Continuous Learning and Improvement: Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications, and staying abreast of the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.- Proven experience in IT infrastructure management, cybersecurity, and information security strategy development.- Strong understanding of industry standards, compliance requirements, and best practices in IT and cybersecurity.- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in project management, budget planning, and vendor management.- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ITIL, or PMP are desirable.- Ability to translate customer requirements into technical solutions and deliver within specified timelines.
