We are seeking a Senior Social Media Visualizer to join our dynamic team and play a key role in crafting engaging creatives for our social media channels.
Responsibilities:
Translate complex marketing concepts and brand messaging into visually compelling social media creatives (images, videos, animations, etc.)
Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all social media platforms
Create high-quality social media graphics using industry-standard design software (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to understand campaign goals and target audience
Independently manage and lead a team of junior designers/visualizers (optional, depending on company structure)
Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and design best practices
Qualifications:
Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Social Media Visualizer or similar role
Proven track record of creating high-quality and engaging social media visuals
Strong understanding of social media marketing principles and best practices
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously (optional, depending on company structure)
Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior team members
Bonus Points:
Experience with motion graphics and animation
Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools
Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment.
