Job Description

Job Duties

  • Creating and delivering Creative graphics for various media
  • Lead a team of senior and junior Graphic designers.
  • Working with art and creative teams to select audio, video, colors, animation, etc. for graphic design
  • Think forward and anticipate future design trends, opportunities and prospective successes for the brands that we partner with.
  • Contribute to the company’s overall growth strategy.

Requirements
  • A Bachelors’/ Masters’/ Specialized course in Design (e.g., graphics, visual communications)
  • Technical proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator) - the more the merrier
  • A high degree of understanding of people, brands and the market
  • Tact, people-skills, instinctive, intuitiveness
  • 5+ years of experience in the same/ similar role

Requirements
A Bachelors’/ Masters’/ Specialized course in Marketing and Communications or Advertising Confidence, tact, people-skills, instinctiveness Strong command of language – oral and written High-degree of understanding of people, brands and the market Strong leadership skills 3-6 years of relevant experience in the same/ similar role Multi-tasker The capability of team leadership Presentation & Pitching skills Technically equipped to conduct thorough market research (primary and secondary)
