Roles & Responsibilities:Design thoughtful, beautiful, and useful products and user experiences in a team environmentCreate

user-centered designs

by considering market analysis, customer feedback, site metrics, and usability findingsUse business requirements and user and market research to assist in developing scenarios, use cases, and high-level requirementsDesign the

UI architecture , interface, and interaction flow of products and experiencesDevelop conceptual diagrams,

wireframes ,

visual mockups , click-throughs, and

prototypesDevelop and maintain detailed user-interface specifications and design patternsPartner closely with a Product Owner and a Lead Developer to plan and execute tests, iterations and project workBe a passionate and effective advocate for design with non-designer audiencesWrite effectively to communicate design rationales and benefits to customersMandatory Skills:Currently pursuing

or

recently completed

a degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields.Strong

visual design

and

user experience design

skills, demonstrated through a

rich portfolio .A good understanding of current design tools ( Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite or Adobe XD ) and web technologies ( HTML5, CSS, Javascript, and basic animation principles )Knowledge of

prototyping

tools (InVision, Axure, etc.).Basic understanding of

HTML/CSS

is a plus but not mandatory.Familiarity with

design systems

and

style guides .Strong

attention to detail , creativity, and

problem-solving skills .Good

visual/verbal communication

with strong presentation, negotiation, collaboration, and interpersonal skillsProblem-solving skills: be passionate, positive, and capable of making complex things simple for othersSome industry experience or freelance (corporate, software, web, agency) is a plus.Visual design expertise demonstrated through mockups and style guides

Preferred Skills:

Experience with advanced prototyping tools like Axure, InVision, or ProtoPie to create interactive and high-fidelity prototypes.Familiarity with collaboration tools like Miro or Slack to work efficiently in a team environment.Ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.Willingness to stay updated with the latest UX trends, tools, and technologies through continuous learning and professional development.
