We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to lead our team in delivering high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead project development, production support, and maintenance activities.
  • Guide team members on technical aspects and conduct reviews of technical documents and artefacts.
  • Ensure successful initiation, planning, execution, control, and completion of the project.
  • Manage 5+ team members and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Lead customer interface for the project and proactively address any issues.
  • Create functional and technical specification documents.
  • Track open tickets/incidents and allocate tasks to resources.
  • Ensure analysts adhere to SLA/KPIs/OLAs.
  • Promote teamwork, motivate, mentor, and develop subordinates.
  • Provide application production support as per process/RACI Matrix.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in Banking domain.
  • Hands-on experience with Spring framework, Spring boot, web services, Eclipse, and Oracle SQL.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in JDK 1.8+.
  • Experience in Struts, Ajax, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, and Angular.
  • Strong expertise in SOA and Microservices.
  • People and Team Management experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge about encryption and security.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
