This is your chance to learn from experienced designers, refine your skills, and build a solid foundation for growing into a mid-weight digital designer.If you’re someone who hates delivering mediocre output and thrives in collaborative environments, this could be the perfect role for youRequirements:- A background in digital design with 1-3 years of experience. (If you are a fresher and you think you can crack it, You got our attention)- Experience with design software (preferably Figma and Adobe Suite)- Excellent written and verbal English skills- Strong time management skillsBonus Points For:- 2D Motion design experience- Someone who can work well with AI.- B2B SaaS Advertising/Agency experiencePay & PerksWe included this first because we know you wanted to read this.We're looking to pay INR 6-7.2 LPA, other than that the following is also given separately:- Insurance- Faster salary revision cycles- Monthly stipend for upskilling like books, courses, etc.- Company laptop (Macbook air)- Team dinner reimbursements.About us:We are a marketing agency with clients in the US, Singapore, India, the UK, Israel, and Dubai. This includes not onboarding toxic clients.- We have monthly team dinners The whole team joins together and we have dinner together, play games and sometimes also tell ghost stories(only one guy does, we just somehow bear him. xD)- Team off-site: Just check out the pictures from our 1 week off-site: Ooty Off-site photos- No corporate BS.Other Information:- Work timings: The entire team works between 11 AM & 6 PM IST. Apart from that, as long as you're meeting deadlines, you can work whenever you'd like. There may be occasional exceptions when clients in the US are involved.- You will be asked to set realistic deadlines for your work and deliver it then.- You will be trained on marketing strategy and across all the marketing channels to help you collaborate better and work with the team.
