We also assist employees with finding suitable housing.Role Overview As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring product quality through a combination of strong functional testing and test automation. You will actively contribute to framework-based automation, identify quality risks early, and work closely with development and product teams to deliver reliable, high-quality software. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, with opportunities to grow into a senior quality engineering role.Key Responsibilities 1. Quality Assurance & Delivery Design, develop, and execute test cases for functional, regression, and smoke testing Identify gaps, edge cases, and potential risks in product requirements and implementations Ensure test coverage aligns with business and technical requirements Actively participate in sprint ceremonies, providing quality-related inputs 2. Test Automation Contribute to automation frameworks such as BDD, TestNG, Hybrid, or similar Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium or Playwright Execute automated test suites and analyze failures to provide clear defect insights Collaborate with developers to ensure automation is stable and maintainable 3. Collaboration & Process Work closely with developers, product owners, and other QA members to ensure end-to-end quality Log, track, and retest defects using defect management tools (e.g., JIRA) Continuously improve testing approaches, tools, and practices within the teamKey Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills 3–5 years of experience in software testing (manual + automation) Hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as BDD, TestNG, Hybrid, or equivalent Proficiency in at least one programming language: Java, Python, or TypeScript Practical experience with test automation tools such as Selenium or Playwright Strong understanding of functional testing concepts and defect lifecycle Testing & Quality Mindset Strong analytical skills to identify functional gaps and edge cases in products Ability to understand business workflows and translate them into effective test scenarios Solid knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies Soft Skills Clear communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail Willingness to learn new tools, frameworks, and testing approaches Preferred Experience Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated test execution Experience with API testing or basic SQL is a plus Prior experience working on medium-scale applications or products Why Join Us?
