With a global workforce of over 80,000 professionals and a presence in more than 50 countries.Job Title: Ignition SCADALocation: Pan IndiaExperience: 3 - 8 Years (Relevant)Employment Type: Contract to HireWork Mode: Work From OfficeNotice Period: Immediate to 15 DaysJOB DESCRIPTION:Lead design configuration and deployment of Ignition SCADA and MES applications across manufacturing operationsArchitect and implement real-time data acquisition visualization, and reporting solutionsEnsure seamless integration of OT systems PLC, SCADA, MES with enterprise IT systems ERP databases cloudDevelop and maintain secure, efficient data exchange using REST APIs, MQTT, and OPC UA protocolsManage industrial databases, SQL historian, timeseries databases for high availability and performanceCollaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to align system capabilities with production and business needsProvide technical leadership in digital transformation initiatives such as Industry 40 smart manufacturing and predictive analyticsTroubleshoot optimize, and support existing SCADAMES deployments to ensure minimal downtimeMentor junior engineers and support knowledge sharing across the engineering team410 years of experience in SCADAMES engineering within the manufacturing industryMandatory Proven expertise with Ignition SCADA Inductive Automation, including scripting module configuration and project deploymentStrong background in MES functions, production tracking OEE downtime analysis, traceability SPC etcProficiency with database technologies, SQL Server My SQL, Postgre SQL or equivalentHandson's experience with OTIT integration technologiesREST APIs for system interconnectivityMQTT for IIo T messaging and lightweight communicationOPC UA for industrial interoperabilityStrong knowledge of industrial control systems PLC, SCADA HMIs and plant floor connectivityFamiliarity with manufacturing standards ISA95 ISA88, ISA99 IEC 62443Excellent problem solving communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsExperience with cloud-based IIo T platforms Azure Io T AWS Io T etcKnowledge of cybersecurity best practices in OT environmentsFamiliarity with containerization, Docker Kubernetes for SCADAMES deploymentsExperience in working on large-scale digital transformation Industry 40 projectsCertifications Ignition Gold Certified Specialist OPC UA or relevant industrial ITOT certificationsOpportunity to lead transformative manufacturing technology projects
