Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with hands-on experience in ITSM/ ITOM/ CSM/ FSO/ LSD, and ServiceNow Portal applications. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both out-of-the-box solutions and custom application development on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, ensuring alignment with business needs.

- Design and implement Service Portal solutions, enhancing user experience and functionality.

- Utilize ServiceNow components such as client scripts, business rules, ACLs, Script Includes, UI pages, UI actions, workflows, and Flow Designer.

- Manage ServiceNow integrations, ensuring seamless connectivity with third-party systems.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Perform testing and debugging of ServiceNow applications, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow :

- Hands-on experience with ITSM/ ITOM/ CSM/ service portal/ FSO, and LSD applications.

- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow components and development tools.

- Experience with Service Portal development is a plus.

- Proven experience in ServiceNow integration and API usage.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

- ServiceNow certifications are a plus (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist).
