Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain Grafana dashboards for various data sources. - Integrate Apache Airflow with Grafana to monitor data flows and processes. - Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data availability and accuracy. - Create SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data for visualization. - Optimize dashboard performance and scalability based on user feedback. - Set up alerts and notifications for data anomalies and trends. - Implement user access controls and permissions for various dashboards. - Stay updated on latest Grafana features and best practices. - Work with stakeholders to understand their visual reporting needs. - Document processes for dashboard creation and maintenance. - Troubleshoot and resolve performance-related issues in dashboards. - Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies. - Lead training sessions on how to use Grafana dashboards effectively. - Participate in regular team meetings to discuss project statuses and updates. - Provide technical support to users employing Grafana dashboards. Required Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. - Proven experience in developing Grafana dashboards (minimum 3 years). - Strong knowledge of Apache Airflow for orchestrating workflows. - Proficient in SQL and databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL. - Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). - Solid understanding of ETL processes and data pipelines. - Ability to write efficient Python scripts for data manipulation. - Familiarity with data visualization principles and best practices. - Previous experience with monitoring and analytics tools. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Prior experience in agile software development methodologies. - Experience in providing technical training and support. - Certification in Grafana or related technologies is a plus.
