Job Title: Creative Producer
Location: Gurgaon

We're looking for a dynamic Creative Production professional to join our growing team and bring campaigns, videos, and creative ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end management of creative projects (videos, shoots, campaigns, branded content).
  • Oversee pre-production, production, and post-production activities.
  • Coordinate with videographers, editors, designers, influencers, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop mood boards, storyboards, shot lists, and ensure brand guidelines are followed.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and budgets for multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ensure high-quality creative output aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Work closely with the creative, marketing, and business teams to execute brand partnerships.
  • Stay updated on digital trends, pop culture, and creative formats across social media platforms.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in creative production, content creation, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of video production workflows and social media content trends.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects under tight deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with excellent organizational & communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with shoots, editing workflows, and creative briefing.
  • Prior experience in a production house, agency, or digital-first media company is a plus.

Good to have:

  • Knowledge of editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.)
  • Network of vendors, stylists, DOPs, and freelance creatives.
  • Passion for pop culture, lifestyle, and Delhi city life.
