We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, analyze processes, and recommend data-driven solutions that deliver business value. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to bridge the gap between IT and the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
  • Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and impact assessments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and project managers.
  • Assist in solution design and participate in testing, training, and implementation.
  • Create and maintain documentation such as business requirement documents (BRDs), functional requirement documents (FRDs), and user manuals.
  • Monitor and report project progress, risks, and issues.
  • Support change management activities and ensure solutions align with business goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency in tools like MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies is a plus.
