Job Description :


We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Power Platform Lead Developer with expertise in SharePoint development to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Power Platform technologies, including canvas app development and Power Automate flows. This role requires the ability to lead and mentor a team of developers while also being hands-on in designing and implementing solutions using Power Platform tools.


Responsibilities :


- Lead the design, development, and implementation of solutions using Power Platform tools, with a focus on canvas app development and Power Automate flows.


- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and recommend solutions that leverage the capabilities of the Power Platform.


- Mentor and coach a team of developers, providing guidance on best practices, design patterns, and development methodologies.


- Design and develop custom SharePoint solutions, including sites, lists, libraries, and workflows, to meet business requirements.


- Configure and customize SharePoint sites and pages using out-of-the-box features and SharePoint Designer.


- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, user guides, and training materials.


- Stay updated with the latest developments in Power Platform and SharePoint technologies, and assess their potential impact on existing solutions and future projects.


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and infrastructure teams, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.


Requirements :


- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.


- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Power Platform development, with a focus on canvas app development and Power Automate flows.


- Strong expertise in SharePoint development, including experience with SharePoint Online and SharePoint on-premises.


- Proficiency in configuring and customizing SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and workflows.


- Experience with SharePoint Designer, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), and other SharePoint development tools.


- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.


- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
