Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Candidate Success Associate at Indigo Healthcare Recruitment in Pune.

The Candidate Success Associate will be responsible for supporting healthcare professionals in finding the right career opportunities, providing guidance throughout the recruitment process, and building talent pipelines to meet recruitment needs.


This is a rounded and versatile role - presenting a unique opportunity to help shape and influence Indigo's 2.0 Strategy. You’ll be part of our growth story and contribute meaningfully to it. 


What You'll do :

  • You'll be the greatest ally to our candidates. You'll build meaningful relationships and stay candidate focused.
  • You'll stay organized. Keep trackers updated like a pro and adhere to SOP compliance.
  • You'll learn and eventually, lead. You'll participate in quarterly initiatives and own your KPIs.


Qualifications

  • Display high candidate centricity, build strong relationships with clinicians.
  • A hungry mindset - with a lot of common sense.
  • Exceptional communication skills. Able to write crisp emails without using AI.
  • 0-2 Years of experience.
  • Based out of Pune and able to commute to WeWork Futura, Magarpatta.
