Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Interior Designer and Supervisor Project at NYNE by Tanya Sen based out of Kolkata. This role will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities, managing projects from concept to completion, contractors, and vendors, creating 2D Autocad construction drawings, and ensuring timely and successful project delivery.


Job Description for Sr. Interior Designer & Supervisor : 

  • Project Management and 2D Tech Drawings
  • Preparing BOQs for project costing
  • Should have a good understanding of carpentry techniques with various finishes, plumbing, painting and polishing, false ceilings, flooring, electricals and other interior works
  • Site Supervision: Make regular visits to sites to monitor the progress of projects and ensure compliance and adherence to designs 
  • Ensuring adherence to project budgets
  • Ensuring safety standards at sites
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure


Skills:

  • Proficiency in design software, such as AutoCAD or SketchUp
  • Should come with min 4 to 5 years of experience managing sites independently
