Job Summary: The Account Manager (role) will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of market research projects. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of market research methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
Understand client objectives and challenges to effectively align our services with their needs.
Regularly communicate with clients to provide project updates, address concerns, and solicit feedback.
Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively.
Client Satisfaction:
Conduct regular check-ins and feedback sessions with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
Implement client feedback to enhance service quality and exceed client expectations.
Address client concerns promptly and effectively to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
Business Development:
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts.
Work closely with the sales team to develop proposals, presentations, and pitches for prospective clients.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project details, and revenue forecasts.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding documentation and reporting.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Market Research, or related field.
Proven experience ( 4-6 years ) in account management, preferably within the market research industry.
Strong understanding of market research methodologies and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Results-driven attitude with a focus on achieving targets and delivering exceptional service.
