Job DescriptionWe are looking for Technical Lead- Embedded Zigbee with 9 to 12 Yr of Experience for our esteemed client for Trivandrum | Hyderabad | Bangalore | Pune Locations.

Key Skills:

NFC, Zigbee, RF principles, C

Roles & Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team of software engineers in the design, development, and testing of NFC software applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers and product managers, to define software requirements and specifications.

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Provide technical guidance and support to team members, resolving complex technical issues.

Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure high-quality and reliable software releases.

Work closely with project managers to define project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Technical Lead or similar role in projects using Zigbee technology

Strong programming skills in C

In-depth knowledge of Zigbee architecture and protocols

Experience in implementing Zigbee mesh networks for industrial/IoT applications

General knowledge in wireless networking, including understanding of RF principles.

Ability to make strategic technical decisions and guide the team towards successful project completion.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Desired SkillsEmbedded Linux development experience

Knowledge of C++/Python development

Experience with RTOS development
