Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced D365 Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Application Support Analyst for a 12-month Contract Role working remotely with an Australian client  The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) / CRM, with a focus on release management, application support, and troubleshooting. The successful candidate will ensure seamless deployments, provide top-notch support, and drive user adoption.


Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Application Support:

  - Provide expert-level support for D365 CE applications

  - Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues

  - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize support requests

2. Release Management:

  - Plan, coordinate, and execute releases

  - Ensure smooth deployments to production

  - Develop and maintain release documentation

3. Troubleshooting:

  - Identify and resolve technical issues

  - Perform root cause analysis

  - Implement fixes and workarounds

4. User Administration:

  - Manage user accounts, roles, and security

  - Configure user settings and preferences

5. Post-Deployment Configuration:

  - Assist with post-deployment setup and configuration

  - Ensure system stability and performance

6. Testing:

  - Participate in unit and user acceptance testing (UAT)

  - Validate fixes and changes

7. Data Migration:

  - Assist with data migration activities

  - Ensure data integrity and accuracy

8. Support Ticket Management:

  - Log and manage support tickets with Microsoft

  - Ensure timely resolution and communication


Requirements:

- 6+ years of experience with D365 CE / CRM

- Strong understanding of D365 CE architecture and functionality

- Proven experience in release management, application support, and troubleshooting

- Experience working with DEVOPS Release Pipelines

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Effective communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Microsoft D365 CE certifications (optional but preferred)

- Knowledge of ITIL Framework and Processes (optional but preferred)


Note :

- Code development is not required for this role.

- Candidate may be required to work after hours, weekends and in Australian Timezone (AEST)
