Escalate to the client project manager on a timely manner on its impact on project schedules.in the development of test plans and test scripts.Technical Skills:on experience on one or more of the sub-systems in Vision PLUS (CMS Posting, FAS, TRAMS, VMx) needed to solve the issues in the application.in Mainframe - JCL, COBOL, VSAM and CICSin one of the Methodologies - Waterfall, Agile Scrum, Agile KanbanFlex experience is preferrable.Qualifications:Required: Bachelor's degree in engineering / Master's degree (MBA) or equivalent from an accredited institution.Soft Skills:Excellent communication and leadership skills.Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Positive attitude and strong work ethic.A commitment to continuous learning and professional development
