What you will be doing at Evalueserve:

•Candidate should be well versed with comparable company valuation: trading and transaction multiples, computation

of Enterprise Value etc.

• Deep understating of financial concepts such as understanding of financial statements, ratio analysis, debt

structure analysis etc.

• Proficient in preparation of detailed pitch books, M&A Case studies, deal scrubbing etc.

• Preparation of Information Memorandum and Company Briefings; Industry research, sector point of views

• Work on various industry updates as requested by the client, with high-level of accuracy.

• Client-facing role and will require managing independent client delivery and communication (emails and conference calls).

• Stay abreast of current business and economic developments relevant to client’s business

• Excellent knowledge of databases such as Capital IQ, Fact set, Thomson Reuters Nikon, Bloomberg

What we are looking for:

• Good understanding of financial concepts, capital markets etc.

• Proficient in preparation of detailed financial models, pitch books, M&A Case studies, deal scrubbing etc.

• Ability to source and analyze financial data and provide recommendations for decision support.

• Experience in handling ad hoc/unstructured client requests, providing guidance and solutions to clients 

•Understand the consulting business environment, language, and processes

• Business knowledge and ability to translate them into research priorities; intrinsic understanding of creating

newsletters, preparing reports etc.

• Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal skills

• Ability to work on both team and autonomous environment

• Eye for detail and ability to identify and solve issues effectively and on time.

• Strong interpersonal & analytical skills and Active listening skills.

• High level of independent thinking and approach.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in working on Excel and Word • A post graduate degree in finance or accounting – CA or MBA finance

(with B.com preferably)

• Relevant post qualification experience of 5 to 7 years
