Job Role: Solarwinds AdministratorJob Location: Chennai/HyderabadExp Range: 5Years to 8YearsRequired technical skills: Ansible, ServiceNow ITOM .Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency):Proficiency in writing and managing Ansible playbooks for automating complex workflows.Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITAM module, including asset discovery, tracking, and reporting.Advanced experience with SolarWinds, including the creation of custom monitoring solutions.Good understanding of ITIL processes, particularly around IT asset management and incident management.Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell) is a plus.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.Strong communication skills, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams.Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks, prioritizing based on business needs.A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and automationDeploy, configure, and maintain SolarWinds for comprehensive infrastructure monitoring across the organization.Develop custom monitoring templates, dashboards, and alerts to ensure timely detection of network and infrastructure issues.Monitor system performance metrics and proactively identify potential problems using SolarWinds.Create detailed reports on network and infrastructure performance, capacity planning, and incident tracking.Troubleshoot and resolve monitoring issues, ensuring continuous visibility into system health.
