Position Summary

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Digital Marketing to lead our digital marketing initiatives. This leadership role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the digital landscape, who can manage and mentor a high-performing digital marketing team and effectively engage with clients across diverse geographic regions.

The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of digital marketing strategy, execution, and performance analysis—ensuring alignment with business goals, creative standards, and market expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all major platforms.
  • Lead and manage a cross-functional digital marketing team, providing direction, training, and performance oversight.
  • Manage relationships with clients across multiple regions, understanding their unique business needs and tailoring strategies accordingly.
  • Oversee lead generation initiatives, social media marketing, paid media campaigns, and content strategies to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Analyze web traffic metrics and digital campaign performance, generating actionable insights and presenting regular performance reports.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative, branding, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive and impactful digital campaigns.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to ensure competitive advantage.
  • Drive and scale campaign budgets with a focus on maximizing ROI and profitability.
  • Contribute to SEO strategy, email marketing, influencer partnerships, and other growth marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing strategy, execution, and team leadership.
  • Strong expertise in social media marketing, lead generation, and web analytics.
  • Excellent interpersonal and client management skills, with experience working with clients across different regions and time zones.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Prior experience in the branding and advertising industry is highly desirable.
