This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in both quality assurance and business analysis, within an ERP-focused environment.Key Responsibilities:- Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and scripts for ERP systems.- Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for ERP modules.- Collaborate with Team and stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements, ensuring that test scenarios align with business needs.- Analyze and report defects, providing detailed documentation to support troubleshooting.- Assist in the automation of test scripts to improve testing efficiency.- Support ERP system upgrades, patches, and implementations by validating features and ensuring seamless functionality.- Participate in requirements reviews and provide feedback from a QA perspective.- Collaborate with developers to understand system changes and validate their impact on business processes.- Document testing progress and results, ensuring transparency and accountability.- Involve in scrum plannings.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.- 1-2 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on ERP systems.- Experience working as a Business Analyst or in a role involving requirements gathering and documentation.- Understanding of QA methodologies, test processes, and testing tools.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.- Understanding of Agile development methodologies.-
