Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our business by efficiently and attentively performing a range of tasks, with a focus on data entry. Examples include assisting in sourcing potential clients and maintaining data integrity. If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, can work at pace and a passion for contributing to business success, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize various platforms including to source potential clients and candidates and add details to the CRM for the recruitment consultants and business development managers to contact.
- Assist in compiling shortlists of potential clients and candidates based on specified criteria.
- Input and maintain accurate data in our Customer Relationship Management System (CRM).
- Read recruitment consultants’ emails/ and adding details to CRM.
- Add unsuccessful applications not being taken forward to CRM for future roles.
- Regularly cleanse and categorize database entries to ensure data integrity.
- Add and categorize data for the marketing sales funnel
- Support the wider team with a variety administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a business development, marketing or sales environment.
- Highly proficient at accurately and quickly entering data.
- Familiarity with CRM systems; experience with Vincere is a plus.
- Experience sourcing within the UK, US or EU markets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
