Experience: 7+ years
The Manager, Commercial Analytics will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the commercial strategies for FindLaw, a leading digital marketing solutions provider to smaller law firms in the U.S. The ideal candidate will possess deep analytical experience with a focus on commercial topics, such as monetization/pricing and B2B sales analytics. This will be combined with the ability to design and manage scalable processes, tools and reports to make our GTM teams more productive. They will collaborate closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align commercial strategies and execution with business objectives.
Position Requirement:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial analytics, pricing strategy, revenue operations, or related fields; some experience in the digital advertising industry is a plus
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and pricing optimization techniques.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Python, or BI tools like Tableau/Power BI).
Ability to implement strategy and continuously improve processes
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Experience driving cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
Experience in digital marketing or SaaS-based pricing models is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute pricing strategies for digital marketing products and services, with a particular focus on pricing online legal directory listings at scale
Monitor and analyze commercial metrics, such as sales by product/territory/rep/customer segment, rep attainment, pricing elasticity, customer acquisition cost, and lifetime value, to optimize strategies and improve results.
Build and optimize reporting on commercial data to arm GTM teams with the insights they need to be productive and the executive leadership to make decisions
Collaborate and drive initiatives with various cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization
