Job Description

SS Software is looking for an experienced Team Lead Full Stack Developer (Microsoft .NET Core & Angular) to lead a team of 10 members. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in .NET Core and Angular, combined with proven leadership skills to guide and mentor the team, ensure quality code delivery, and collaborate with clients on requirements and story point estimation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of 10 full-stack developers.
  • Review code, provide technical guidance, and support team members in resolving bugs and issues.
  • Collaborate with the client and project managers to understand requirements and estimate story points.
  • Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality applications within defined timelines and story points.
  • Perform regular code reviews to maintain coding standards and best practices.
  • Mentor and coach team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
  • Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and maintain code quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5 – 8 years of hands-on experience in .NET Core, C#, Web API, and Angular.
  • Strong experience in SQL Server, Entity Framework, LINQ, and RESTful APIs.
  • Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, Bootstrap.
  • Experience in cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) will be an added advantage.
  • Proven experience in leading a team and handling 8–10 members.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
  • Ability to estimate story points accurately and deliver within timelines.
