This job is for managing production of Plastic Injection moulding factory. It requires knowledge of plastic injection moulding process. Production also involves work with SS wires and laster marking machines.

  • Production Planning & Execution:
  • Plan, coordinate, and control all stages of the manufacturing process, from raw materials to finished goods.
  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet deadlines and client requirements.
  • Allocate and manage resources, including labor, equipment, and raw materials.
  • Team & Resource Management:
  • Supervise, train, and motivate production staff, assigning tasks and evaluating performance.
  • Ensure optimal workforce efficiency and a positive work environment.
  • Oversee the maintenance of production equipment to minimize downtime.
  • Quality & Safety Compliance:
  • Establish and enforce quality control standards for all products.
  • Maintain a safe working environment for all personnel by adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct inspections of materials and equipment to ensure adherence to standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹19, ₹75,324.98 per month
