Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging Tamil lessons for higher secondary students (Classes XI & XII).
  • Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and test papers aligned with the curriculum.
  • Ensure students understand grammar, literature, and language structure at an advanced level.
  • Evaluate student progress through tests, assignments, and internal assessments.
  • Prepare students for board exams and other academic competitions.
  • Maintain student records and academic reports.
  • Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and parent-teacher interactions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Tamil
  • B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) – mandatory
  • Minimum years of teaching experience at the high school & higher secondary level
