GCP Presales Engineer
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Rich experience in handling large & medium scale RFPs, RFIs, RFQ's, RFX's and Proactive Deals for Public Cloud, Multi-Cloud & Hybrid Cloud
2. Experienced in handling public cloud Analyst RFIs
3. Experienced in managing end-to-end deal lifecycle – bringing all stakeholders together, driving cadence calls, creating proposal strawman, bid trackers, technical solution
documents, Sizing & Pricing templates etc
4. Ensure that all proposal requirements are addressed completely along with all the key stakeholders during multiple deal governance phases - Solution elements, RACI, Sizing Effort & Pricing Estimations, product and solution briefings, compliances & approvals and Bid defence presentations.
5. Good knowledge in one of the major public cloud platforms - GCP/AWS/Azure (Mainly GCP) w.r.t IaaS & PaaS offerings, Managed Services and Cloud Ops. Good understanding of Cloud architecture & engineering design.
6. Addition knowledge in Data, AI & Gen AI technologies shall be a plus
7. Expert level hands-on in MS Excel, PPT and Word
8. Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills required.
9. GCP Certification (or) Experience in GCP is mandatory.
Good To Have:
1. Experience & knowledge in any Industry vertical
2. Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, services, and technical challenges, with the ability to build strong industry relationships.
3. Ability to understand and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the Cloud technology space.
4. Develop and implement strategy and framework to support large transformational pursuits.
Qualifications & Experience
1. Bachelor's degree in computer science/electronics/other engineering stream is Must; MBA shall be a plus.
2. Minimum 8 years of Overall work experience in IT domain in Presales and Bid Management
3. 4-5 years of relevant work experience in handling large & medium Public Cloud Bids
4. A public cloud certification shall be a plus.
5. Rich and diverse background and understanding of Global Business and Outsourcing markets and partnership management.
