Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Business MIS Executive to manage and deliver timely, accurate, and actionable management reports. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Excel, data analysis, and visualization tools to support business performance monitoring and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage recurring business performance reports and dashboards.
  • Automate reports and maintain database integrity to improve report turnaround.
  • Analyse key business metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Design custom reports based on business and departmental requirements.
  • Perform gap analysis and variance reporting on monthly/quarterly basis.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to collect data inputs and align on reporting needs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, IT, or similar.
  • 2–5 years of experience in MIS/reporting roles.
  • Expertise in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros).
  • Experience working with databases and BI tools (Power BI, SQL, Tableau, etc.).

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with ETL processes and data management.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹33,738.72 per month
