Job Title: Mid-Level Digital Marketer


Location: Kolkata, India (Onsite)


Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve our business objectives.

- Harness the full potential of AI technologies to enhance marketing initiatives and drive innovation.

- Manage all aspects of digital marketing, including but not limited to, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.

- Plan and execute effective digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI.

- Collaborate closely with our graphic designer and content writer to create engaging and visually appealing content for our digital channels.

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of digital marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our digital marketing strategies remain innovative and effective.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting.

- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns that drive results.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisions.

- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
