Urgently Hiring for Technical Auditor – Mechanical (SME- HVAC) For Thane Location: - Only Mechanical Engineer should apply. Duties/Responsibilities: Subject Matter Expertise (HVAC) Prepare, standardize & implement documentations such SOW, SOP, Audit Report, MIS, etc. across OCS PAN India Must conducts various testing and audits related to HVAC system such as Chiller System Energy Efficiency, CFD, Air Balancing, HVAC System Design Validation audit, Thermography, Earth Pit Testing, Testing and Commissioning of HVAC system, etc., at various client site.Must have knowledge and used a various equipment's, tools, software, etc., required to carry out audits such as Air Balancing, Chiller System Energy audits, CFD, Thermography Camera, Particular Counting Device, Earth Pit Meter, air quality monitors or Temperature Measurement Devices to collect field data related to usage, analyzes the results and prepare audit report. Must ensure that all audit equipment’s are calibrated on timely basis Performs appropriate and applicable tests to determine the extent of inefficiency in Cooling system. Establishes baselines and needs by quantifying consumption/utilization for HVAC system Composes and presents audit reports containing the results of overall analysis and recommendations for improvement and increase efficiency in cooling system. Recommends alternate efficient technologies. Execute various projects including Steer of Low side works related to HVAC systems, dampers, FCU etc., IOT solutions, Chiller De-scaling, Computation Fluid Dynamics test, etc. at client site. Support BD team in making presentations to client and responding to client’s queries. Identifies energy-saving opportunities, calculates potential savings and prioritizes areas with the most return on investment especially in cooling system Visually inspects Data Center, Premise and related systems including mechanical, electrical, and process systems to determine consumption, Analysis in each area or system. Provides thorough education to end-users regarding mechanical and process efficiency; fields Data Center Core Infra and answers related questions. Performs other related duties as assigned. Vendor Management Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact well with customers, internal stakeholders and team leader. SME in mechanical (cooling system) and good knowledge of electrical, and process principles and techniques Good research and organizational skills. Team Leader. Knowledge of Best Practices in Data Centre Ops and maintenance Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Ability to explain complicated matters to a variety of individuals. Thorough understanding of Data Center and building systems (including cooling system and other mechanical systems) Basic understanding of methods used for technical and cost savings analysis and reporting. Ability to correctly conduct in-field energy & power assessments for cooling system. Good understanding of energy modelling software in Data Center environment Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical). Any additional qualifications will be an advantage Good to have Certification on Data Center, Power, Energy, Mechanical, Electrical, and process Audit from BEE, Uptime, Ashrae and other reputed bodies Certifications / licenses required to Conduct Cooling System related audits. Good to have a Supervisor License 02 to 10 years of experience in managing MEP Operations. 01 to 05 years of experience in conducting comprehensive Data Center MEP, Power & Energy audit required. Demonstrates knowledge of diagnostics, troubleshooting and resolution Demonstrates knowledge in mechanical (HVAC/Chillers, Air filtration, etc), electrical (HT/LT – Transformers / DGs / RMUs/ VCBs) systems, Fire safety systems – hydrant & sprinkler Knowledge and understanding of required MEP compliance standards Physical Requirements: Ability to travel to locations across to conducting various audits Travel for Visit Client Premises for meetings and presentations across locations
